The PDP flag bearer Guyuk/Shelleng federal constituency, Hon. Gibeon Goroki told electorates today that Guyuk and Shelleng will be at the top of the priority of the presidency when they vote him and Atiku Abubakar into power.
Addressing people in SILI KASA, SILI CENTRE and ARAH-TEH of Guyuk local government, Hon, Gibeon Goroki said that he will use his closeness with Atiku Abubakar to influence developmental projects to his constituency when electorates give him their mandate.
He maintains that he has already discuss with the PDP presidential flag bearer about the issue of Guyuk Cement Company which according to him Atiku has already given him the approval for his plea, expatiating further that the presidential candidate promise that Guyuk cement company will be among the first projects he will execute in the country when voted into power.
Hon. Gibeon Goroki said that apart from the jobs youths will secure in Guyuk cement Company, he will still use his connection with the president and other friends in other ministries from the state and federal government to secure jobs for the youths of the constituency to curtail idleness among them.
Taking the political crusade to Gwalam and Arah-teh, the people lamented that their community are completely neglected when sharing government cake in the local government. The stake holders of their community emphasized that they have never benefitted from the government of the day. They lamented that all the class rooms of their communities are trees adding further that the community don’t have hospital at all despite having second to the highest number of registered voters in their ward.
The people of Arah-teh of Bobini ward expressed that the postponement of the general election to next Saturday is a blessing to them which according to them they feel honoured with the visit of Hon. Gibeon Goroki to their community, adding further that no politician ever visited their community to hear or see their problems, and equally to canvass their votes direct. They promised to give him protest votes come Saturday election as the only way to reciprocate to his good gesture to their community.
Taking the rural rugged message to people of SILI KASA and SILI CENTRE of chikila ward, people of the community who received Hon. Gibeon Goroki and his entourage with song purposely composed for him, said that the electorates from all political parties in their community have collectively agreed to vote for Goroki and Atiku come Saturday election. They said that if there is any prize for any polling unit that will give APC zero vote, they will win the prize, maintaining that they have resolved to vote out Buhari and Gutuwa come Saturday election.
They cried out that in Sili centre which has more than seven hundred electorates, only two government workers existing in their community out of the many graduates residing in their community.
